I’m a little late to the recap, sorry ( I have to hold them for busy work days). Listening to the podcast now and want to comment about the #17 and #18 situation. The #37 car was in the “lucky dog” position when the #17 was battling the #18 to stay on the lead lap. Chris Buescher and Ricky Stenhouse Jr are contract teammates. Buescher is still an RFR driver. #17 was blocking the #18 for the #37. This went on for 13 laps or so. Unfortunately the #18 was being the #18 and the #17 wasn’t going to have it. Therefore in the end the #17 stayed on the lead top and the #37 got the “luck dog” position. and Buescher is buying Stenhouse lunch.
